Mine hosted my goniopora with no bad effects for months. However due to the difficulty in caring for these corals in the aquarium setting... my goniopora died after roughly 6ish months (roughly). It was my first sporadic purchase and turned out to be a bad one. These truly are corals that should probably stay in the wild.

i thought it was corals that hosted clowns, not the other way around. "oh yes little coral come live on my orange/white back, ill host you"

oh yes and once a clown picks a home its hard to get him to go elsewhere, mine are hosted by my torch coral, they have 2 BTAs next to my torch and they take turns some times to go sloth either on the orange bta or my white bta. its pretty cool to see because my white bta is in a place with really low current and the clowns when they go lie down in it dont move a MUSCLE as opposed to them constantly swimming when next to my torch.

Hasn't hurt mine either, gonio has been hosting these two for about a year now. In fact I think the clowns help it.
