Just cut a piece off with a razor or a very sharp knife and use superglue gel to fix it to a small rock

Edit: Or you could rubberband the frag to a rock and let it attach on it's own. I think this would work better. In the past I have tried to glue them and they seem to "walk" off of the superglue.

Softies don't seem to like the super glue.
Sometimes, the rubber band method could split the frag if tied too tightly so be careful.
The method I find works best for softies would be to place the cuttings in a tupperware container (I use glad containers) filled with coral rubble and cover the top with a netting of some sort; bridal veil or even an old fish net. After about a week, the new cuttings should adhere to the rubble which could then be glued to frag plugs.
