    Fish trap might be the only way. The jar trick used on crabs wont work seeing how lobsters can swim.

    just to give an update.lobster is cought...easier then i could have ever imagined....i found where he was hiding put a net on one side and shot him with a turkey baster on the other side and poof into the net :)
