I have Biocube 14 with about 10 gallon water volume.

I changed the water once (2 gallon) last Saturday.

    Ammonia 0
    nitrite 0
    nitrate 0 (well undetectable anyway)
    Calcium 350 ish
Magnesuim 1550 Yes I dosed cause I saw Bryosis it is gone now for a few weeks
    ph 8.1 or so
    Hardness 13
    SG 1.025

I want to do another PWC to bring mag cal and harness more in line and stable so I can get some corals. Is it too hard on the fish to change 20 percent water a few times a week? I also want to get a shrimp or two and read high mag could kill inverts.

I would let alk and mag drift down on there own and dose the calcium up to 400 at the lowest.

thats what I am trying to do is make all level go normal by doing PWC. The question is can I do harm by changing water too much?
