    Hi I was wondering how long the average glass tank will last , What is a life span for a tank? , 5,10,15 years .So how old is your tank? Mine was built in 2005 it is a Perfecto 120 8)::):p

    I would have to agree, one of my buddies tanks is about 10 years old right now and still going strong. To help keep it last, make sure the stand is level and plumb, that will help avoid any unnecessary stress.

    I bought my tank used so I dont know the age, but it has been with me for 4 yrs now. As for my system, 9 yrs strong and counting. Luna

    well i dont know if this count but i have a freshwater tank at my moms 16 years and no leaks just looked at it tonight the chaulk is discolored but no leaks
