    I feed my fish once per day 5-6 days a week. I usually take one day off on feeding. I have a large tank, so they have plenty of rock, etc. to graze on. I have found this keeps my fish really healthy - not lean and not fat and my water parameters in check. I have a yellow tang that I have had on this schedule for 7 years...so it seems like this schedule is working out fairly well.
