    Hey 3reefers.. thinking of selling off my setup.. been spending too much time away from home to take proper care of it. Wondering what a fair asking price should be.. thx!

    155g AGA Bowfront..
    Oak Stand and Canopy
    40g Sump with Skimmer and Return Pump
    150lbs of Rock
    200lbs of Sand
    3 75w? Metal Halides
    2 VHO's..
    Ballasts.. Heaters.. PowerHeads.. RO Unit.. everything to keep it running basically

    To be able to price this fairly, I/we need brand names. What kind of skimmer, return pump and so on.

    Agreed.. your big pieces of $$ you didnt give enough info on.
    Lighting, would need to know brand and actual wattage of the halides.

    Also the type of skimmer...

    I've sold aquarium stuff on eBay and Craigslist before and the depressing part is that it is not about how much it is worth....it's about how much someone is willing to pay for it. Which,sadly, is not very much these days....you can get the $$ that you want out of it, but you have to be verrrrrrry patient and wait for the right person to come along.

    the skimmer is a Red Sea Berlin Venturi..
    the return pump is a Rio.. I forget the size though.. its definitely adequate for the setup is all i really know

    there are 3 Metal Halides which are 175watt each..
    the vho's are 6 foot long.. don't know the brand or wattage on those though


    I was hoping to net 1500 from the setup.. but I honestly have no idea what its all worth second hand..

    thx for the replies, sry for the lack of info on brands.. a round a bout idea is all i'm looking for.. nothing more

    no offence but dont think your about to get 1500 for it. itll sell for more like 500-600-700. well thats what i would pay for all that used for.

    Was it FOWLR or Coral's. Ever use copper based med's? 1500.00 is a steep price to pay.
    Probably worth it though, just the market isnt right to be selling for top dollar....Would be 750.000 top's ....
