    Inorder for the wife not to find out what I really spend on equipment or corals I 1 never bring her to the lfs and 2 If I find someone sellin equipment on the forums I would show here someone sellin stuff ridiculously cheap so she can see my stuff is in the same ball park ither way she must not know or it would be divorce court

    I've probably spent around the $3000 range and my tank isnt even half as nice as most of you here. The shipping cost to Hawaii sucks!

    My frag setup I have right now cost $2000+ and has roughly $1500 in coral in it. I have a text doc on my pc that shows receipt prices I've spent. I don't want to look at it.

    1k on lighting, 600 on pumps, 500 on live rock, 130 on live sand, 400 on fish, 120 on CUC, 600 on coral, 80 on heaters, 90 on plumbing, 160 on tests/refractometer, 60 on food, 350 on tanks and 160 on water. I think that is most of it....... in 6 months... oh WOW, i just added it all up for the first time....
