I've seen a lot more expensive protein skimmers lately. What did you pay for yours?

If you paid a premium, do you feel you got your money's worth over your previous skimmers? Why?

EDIT - If you comment please state which skimmer you have. Thanks :)

What did you pay for yours? $300

do you feel you got your money's worth ? Yes

Why? Precision marine bullet one with collection cup plumbing/gatevalve and Mag18 all in top condition (good value for me)

$400 or so...I cant remember I got a hydor performer. Personally I do not like it all that much over my ASM skimmer in my other tank. I can not adjust the skimmate on the hydor one adn I dont feel like I get enough skimmate for my tank

With the waste collector? Minus the pump? Minus gate valve and tubing? Guess they're all needed.
I'll let you know when I set it up and after it's been running a while.

I believe my octopus on my 40 was somewhere around $150 and the ASM on the 200 was around $400 or so.
