how many sqft would?

    Can any one tell me how many sqft a 48x48x18 tank would be? Thanks in advance

    If two sides are 48" then the square foot would be 4.

    Footprint would be 16 sq feet. 48"=4' 4'x4'=16 sq feet

    Volume of the tank is 24 cubic feet. 4'x4'x1.5'=24 cubic feet

    the question is wrong. if you talk about sqfoot that mean you are talking about area and you gave 3 dimensions. you have to pick 1 side to calculate the area. if you mean how many gallons 48x48x18 make, the answer would be around 180 gallons.
