How large of a tank would you put on a 2nd floor apartment complex that is probable about 15 years old?

I have had a 75g on the 3rd floor of my condo. A local reefer in my same complex has had a 120g for 2years on his 3rd floor. Where wll the tank be placed?

I have a 72 gallon on the second floor with about 100lbs of rock and have never had an issue

It runs perpendicular to the floor joists and apparently that offers more support

20g max... if you go over that then the floor will collapse!
