How do you clean your vortech

    im in the mood to give my tank a really good cleaning so now i need to clean my vortech. I have not cleaned it in the 2 months ive had it and its REALLY gross and has a to of crap collection on it, im not really sure how to clean this thing so what do you do

    I have a newer large one and the old small one god its ?? 40 yrs old I guess ? I did have the bearings in the motor replaced yrs ago. My wife has a small one also .. LOL but hey It takes alot of work to be able to date ourselves LOL I'd gues my little vortech is older then many or most people here now :)
