How do i get ahold of an Air Valve

I need to get one for my Octopus Bh 800s since it didn't come with one. I contacted both places, the place where i bought it, and reef octopus. Neither of them responded to my emails so now i need to find one.

Do they sell them separately? and and ideas where i would be able to locate one

If e-mails have not worked, I would try phone calls, to the place you bought it and to Coral Vue. The toll free number for Coral Vue is 866-277-9078. If that doesn't resolve it and you paid with a credit card, you can call your credit card company to dispute the charge because you did not get what you paid for.

ok, i'll call coral vue on tuesday then since places will be closed because of the holiday. and i sent an email through www.proteinskimmer.com.cn which is on the box, and they had two email options, so i'm hoping chose the right one

 

I think that is a Canadian email address. They have another address on their website, but at this point I would make the call.

 

I take that back, it looks like a Chinese website. They probably couldn't read your email...LOL

 

yea, that's what i'm thinking too, although i was just thinking i probably won't be able to call them until next friday because i work 9-6 all next week except for friday on my day off, and they might be closed, do you know if they have a website that shows what hours they are open
