how do I feed frozen Plankton

    You may want to clarify what type of "plankton" this is. That is a very generic term. Is it phytoplankton (algae basically) or zooplankton (little crustaceans)?
    Most tanks do not need phyto added although it can help in some cases, zooplankton will feed fish and corals as long as it's the appropriate size. You may want to refer to the sticky thread in the Coral forum about feeding corals for more information.
