How do I adjust Razor suspension height?

I am attempting to hang my Maxspect Razors, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to add slack to the line. I figured out how to raise them easy enough, but how do you lower the darn things?

 

If the style hanger is what I have in mind, then you need to depress the little "button" where the cable enters the hanger. Make sure you're holding onto the light before you do that however!
