How big of a spender are you on your reef?

    Was just curious. Not looking for how much spend dollar wise but rather compared to your net income how much (or what 5) do you donate to your reef hobby?

    well i am young so dont know but i have 4 grand in just starting up no fish or corals also my parents make around 125k a year

    i put about $1100 in so far and i spend $20 a week for coral and fish additions

    LOL,I agree..but if I had to guess I average approx 50-80 a month or every other month lately.. but once I start getting more OT(thank you summer time)..more cash for corals...;D

    between my 2 saltwater tanks and 2 freshwater tanks, im in this hobby about 7 grand. ohh that hurts to say. why did you make me think about it. lol

    Well guys I really asked this question for a reason. Ive seen the Q.A on how much $$$ we have in are tanks. but that doesnt really explian your addiction in terms of money spent/income because everyones income, tank size, bills, wants, needs etc vary.

    However money spent in terms of % of income lets us know just how deep are addiction is/isnt or how comparable it is to mine/ours..:cheesy:..

    i have about 2000$ in my tank i would guess, prolly al ittle more..

    but i got a buddy that has around 25k$ in a tank and another with about 15k$..and they quit counting a long long time ago, so who knows now..
