    I thought the same but it has three 'heads' and spreads across the rock like a zoo or paly.

    Definitely isn't a Duncan.

    Duncan have an exterior stony skeleton into which the polyp rectracts.

    Looks like a majano to me as well.

    What you have are NOT Duncans. Duncans are an LPS (Large Polyp Stoney) Coral. When they retract into their skeleton, you would see the skeleton. Here's a test for you. Touch them with something. If they totally disappear into the rock, leaving no skeleton behind then you have your answer.

    since they move around so much i would also say they are not duncans

    being new I am so glad to have everyones input. They haven't moved like an anemone. Each 'head' connected to the base. One LFS told me it might be a poly. They react a little faster than my poly's but look nothing like the majanos I've seen. They are just a hitchhiker so no love lost but I don't want to kill an interesting potential coral.
