Hi everyone I have owned several freshwater tanks but we stared our first marine tank about 6 weeks ago. It is a 30 gal hexagon tank with a fluval 204 canister filtration system. I have 15lbs of live rock and a huge piece of artificial coral. I don't want to start a true reef system until i have more experience with salt water tanks but that will come in time. I have 2 damsels and they have been in the tank surviving and are happy and health since week 1. I recently had some brown algae growth which tells me the cycle is just about done or at least close to it. So i want to add more livestock any suggestions of some hearty fish??

I asked this in your other thread, but what kind of damsels did you add? Due to their aggressiveness and being a smaller tank, you may find it difficult to add more.

With that tank? No more live stock. I would switch out the rock bottom for sand. Cool tank though.
