Herbie Overflow?

lol. My bad. 3:42...is the length of the video. What was I thinking. I meant at time 2:51. The question is without an answer.

 

Sort of a modified version. Originally a Herbie was made to take advantage of a drilled reef ready tank, but it can be modified to accommodate any type setup. The principles are the same. The main pointed down prevents air, the emergency pointed up acts like a stand pipe. At that point you want the noise.
