    but many of these things could and in fact should, be supported by photographs

    Yes, my parents spoke to a designer person who suggested blending the cabinet to the wall colour so that the 'tank' stands out. Good suggestion as it seems to work out well.

    I just realised i missed a FTS of finished aquascape -- here it is.

    This is an awesome build. Not sure how I didn't see this already. Very unique rock & nice size tank as well.

    It's amazing what putting 'pics' in the title thread does :p

    I was going for a different scape. -- something completing different to just a cascading wall.

    Thanks, after a many mistakes with my parents decided to do it right once this time. Saves money, time and heartache.
