Help Urgent! Fireworm

    I just bought some polyps and as soon as i place it in my tank a kind of fireworm came out of it. I dont really know what is it and if its bad for my tank or not please help. Should i get rid of it or not. Its kind of a centipede between green and red on the top. I dont have a picture right now but as soon as i get one ill post it. THANK YOU

    are you sure it is a fireworm and not a bristle worm? If it is a bristle leave it...fireworm remove it IF you can. However dont touch it either way as the bristles will sting you. If you cant get rid of it it is not all that big of a deal. I will look to see if I can find pictures of fireworms

    Be careful with those guys :p Got stung moving LR in a friends tank. It hurt for about a week >< Gloves from now on :)

    If you can, use a turkey baster.. sneek up on it and suck it up..
    I remove the ones I can from my tank..
    Knowing there's others I never see..
