Gresham, right now they don't know what fish are. They are only around 7-8 weeks old. I don't think they are big enough yet to be able to glide. They are just tiny little guys. Like has already been said they will pee on you real quick like. Fortunately there is not much to pee. We took them to the office today and they were a lot of fun.

    Thanks, Cindy

Thanks for all of the name suggestions guys!

I liked all of the names but I especially liked the Indonesian names. I was told that the sugar gliders were native to Indonesia and Australia.

John I was going to ask you for some more Australian names but it looks like my husband has made up his mind. Afterall I did buy them for him. He still wants to name them Ozie and Harriot. The young people here probably don't even know who they are. It was a great T.V. show from back in the mid 50's. They were husband and wife.

John I really liked the names Budi (male) and Tuti (female) that you listed. I may give them those nick names. I think they sound really cute. Maybe I can still get him to change his mind. Probably not.

So unless something really fantastic comes up I guess the winner names  are Ozie and Harriot.

Thanks everyone for all of the suggestions! It was fun!! :)

    Cindy

    Well,

Ozzie and Harriet sounds good to me too.

Sugar Gliders are not native Australian animals they are an introduced animal from Indonesia albeit quite a while ago :)
