I've narrowed it down to 2 skimmers:
    1. NAC9 by Bubble Magus
    2. The Skimz 201 Kone
The bubble Magus is nice but uses a pump made in China. I hate things made in China... (but it cost $50 less than the Skimz)
The Skimz has less air draw, and is harder to "dial in" but the pump is Italian made...

I would consider both at the minimum in size for that tank. What is the air draw on the BM? I will guarantee the Skimz will do at least 1000 lph (more likely over 1000 lph). If it has their best venturi, it will do over 1300 lph.

Thanks for that review. I was really leaning towards the skimz. But I don't know much about them, and there's not much info online. Plus I don't like anything made in China. I'd hate to invest $5k-$10k in a tank and have POS equipment in there to save a buck...

What was wrong with the Warner Marine MF skimmers I showed you? A little (30$?) more expensive but based of the Skimz with some performance tweaks. And you'd support both Skimz and a US company.

Not all Chinese or internationally made things are POS either. Look at Reef Octo skimmers, Apple products...

No offense. But I currently have a Reef Octopus, And it's a POS. Apple is good. I looked at the warner marine I like the warner marine. But I couldn't find where to purchase it at all...

Wait...I thought the corner tank was your first...?

You're one of the few I heard that from.
Here is a place to buy the WM skimmers:

No, not my first by far.
First thing I like about the WM is the larger 5000 pump. However, it's only rated at 250gallons. And the Skimz is rated at 533 gallons.
And also, the new cone shape on the skimz seems better...
But I'm very impressed at the WM. Especially the 251, but that $759

My are you looking for a skimmer that is rated 2x the size of your tank? If anything all you need is one rated for about 300. I, myself will be in the market for one in the near future and will be looking for rated up to 180gal even though my tank is a 125.
