No worries about language dude. You know two languages more than I.

First of all, you need to invest in a skimmer. Part of your waste problem is that it is not being removed from the water column. Now....I was a little worried about your anemone before. I am really worried about it now. Nitrites are not good my friend. It may live threw some nitrates (Lord knows mine did), but ammonia and nitrites are a different story.

Caulpera will remove some nitrates and phosphates, but I fear it is not going to do well in the current environment. If it were me, I would put the fuge idea on hold for now. Let the wet-dry tackle any nitrates that come at it and start planning hard for a skimmer. Here are a few you can look at......

    PM Bullet-3
    ETSS 600XR
    ASM G3
    AquaC EV-240

With that much bioload and a tank that size, you need one bad. I am not even convinced the cycle finished. You stocked too quickly and the bacteria have yet to catch up, especially since the LR and LS weren't live from the get-go.

Good luck dude. Remember....go slow man. Go slow. One step at a time. Let's get your nitrites down before worrying about your nitrates.

yeah +1 on the skimmer. only feed enough to keep them alive and ride it out. the good thing is that you do realize the mistake of going too fast.

Put in an airstone hooked up to an airpump asap. The oxygen exhange will help a bit to drive nitrites and ammonia out of the water.

Your anenome most likely wont show sighns of trouble for awhile. They can survive some bad things only to drop a few weeks later.
