    I Second that!!!
Anemones are gorgeous creatures, but definitely not for the novice. Besides, your tank is much too young and unstable, especially with new LR and bio overload.
If you bomb with a Nem, your whole system is toast!

some will debate never and some will say that i takes at least a year for a tank to become established enough to support the nem. not trying to pound the point in, sorry. more times than not, will give the advice to someone and they get one anyways and then a month later boom, everything is gone. anemones don't tolerate anything but perfect water quality and when they die, the release toxins that will kill everything. not to mention the lights they require. the advice were giving you is in attempt for you to save some money cause the roads around here lead to empty wallets

IMO you should wait until you:
    Figure out the current problem
    stabilize your tank
Make sure you have the amount of LR you want
    Get a skimmer
    Get a better filtration system
    Get rid of the tang
    Get really good MH lights
RESEARCH for a few months at LEAST
Think really good and hard for an additional month
Make sure you are able to keep your current livestock healthy and alive during this period.
AND....Keep giving us all update on your progress.

To be completely honest I wouldn't even think about what else you could put in your tank until you can get it running properly.
If you do that you're gonna head straight into disaster.
The key to keeping a healthy tank is having plenty of patience. This may mean not seeing the results you want for over a year!

well thanks guys for your help. I am taking all of your points into account.
Im getting a bigger tank as well.. (for the tang) and keep my 29 for QT.
im getting a 150g tank, now ive been thinking this about 2months and a half and ill probably have one more month to get the money and stuff necessary.
ill keep you all updated on my 150g tank progress.

oh my dear, i dont know whats been said,
    and i understand youre new...
buuuut your tank is WAY to young, and its definately the liverock. i would suggest having more, but i wouldve suggested doing that WAY before the fish... shouldve rinsed the LR with freshwater first
and maybe its the lighting, do you have coral lighting?
just a thought, ive always noticed my FW tanks are cloudylooking

    whats your salinity level?
dont get annemones or corals at this point
i dont know if you have snails, but invest in 2 or 3 turbo snails.

if so far all seems well id suggest letting your tank sit for another week or so. if the levels are okay and stuff
    and things are alive
    its probably just a stage
