Have you looked for a local reef club? Hang out at the LFS and just talk to people that come in to look at SW stuff, I have met many reefers that way. I belong to another reef club, besides this one, and we are going to try to meet at a diff Reefers home each month.

:i know we have a club here in vegas monthly meetings frag swaps the works. ppl from utah come up also from time to time. there is a few of us on here I call double dipping in 2 club/ fourms

 

I double dip with chips too.....The more I learn the more I can pass on to other reefers. I read several forums. and stop into as many LFS's as I can all over the country (My wife travels a fair amount in her work and I get to go sometimes) Knowledge is like gold it never loses it value.
