...a marine addict. I have been in the hobby for three years, but it seems like over 20. I started with the FO tank 3 years ago and it has been downhill from there. My latest project is my 10 mo. old 125 gallon Tang and Reef Tank. I also started to work part time at Petco, so if anyone wants to know some dirt, I have plenty...lol. Anyway, for all those newbies and experts out there: read, read, read...no matter how much you know you still don't know everything....guess I'll show some pics.

What up Jay....saving for lights is the best thing I ever did..Watch ebay...I got my PFO ballast and sockets for 81.00 bucks, then got the reflectors for 15 bucks a piece from an online store. Whatever you do don't skimp on the bulbs...50-100 bucks is well worth it. TTYS.

Thanks, he is my pride and joy...I zipped through your tank thread and see that you are a fan of the Blondes, right? Are they making love yet? lol. I love Tangs, they are hands down the best fish in the hobby..he's about 9",got him in August.

I'm sure there's plenty, but this site stays dirt free specially when it comes to the big chains.

    Welcome to 3reef.

My female Blonde has been eating from my hand for about a year now. The male has been in the tank a week now and he gets along with everyone. It was a toss up whether they were going to fight or not, think I made a good call. Both Naso's and my foxface were sleeping by each other this morning when I was leaving for work.... ;D I will try and get some pics tonight after the kid's swim meets.
