    Well the good news is, my tank is ready and can be delivered any time. The bad news is, the flooring i've ordered that should be laid and ready to walk on by now, still hasn't been delivered :( So cant take delivery of the tank till the floor is down.

    Ohh btw Just Steve (lol see what i did there ;) ) I wanted to ask a question about heating your tanks. As you are aware. Its bloody hot here! (49c for a short period monday!) So how do you maintain your temp at an ideal temperature? Im doubting id need a heater. (but i may just get one as a back up in case though). But will i need a chiller?
    Ive never seen a single heater used in any aquarium over here. I did a test on my friends pond out of curiosity and The water temperature remained at a constant 32c (+/- 1c) all week long, day and night. Is not even open to the elements either. Hardly gets any sunlight to it at all. Thats crazy ! :D

    heater comes on in January and goes off in Feb

    rest of the time chiller is required
