hello and pls help

hello all.
I have had reef tanks in the past but moved to florida so I gave em away thinking they would be cheaper here. not at all... anyways just set up my new reef tank about 2 months ago and well im thinking I mad a huge mistake.
I am new to the Refugium idea but I bought somebody's 29gal setup just for the awsome corals it had in it for my 90 gal bowfront. andyways I put its Refugium contents witch I believe is chaeto in my wet dry.... did I make a huge mistake?
is it going to go up my pump into my tank and spread??

and how do I insert images ??? I see the icon but it asks for url.

 

i would not worry about chaeto (if it is chaeto) spreading in your tank. it is not invasive. if you don't want it in there, just remove it ith your hands. I take chaeto out of my refugium and add it to the dt every once and a while to give my tangs something to munch on. it just remains in a ball floating around.
