    Its not very clear but it looks like they are vermatid snail tubes or fanworm tubes

    fan worms or tube worms = harmless filter feeders

    vermatids will throw out a silk looking thread and it sweeps accross the rockwork collecting food and then they withdraw it and consume anything edible they catch
    the biggest issues I had with Vermatids was A - they can irritate any corals that the thread drifts over and B - they propogate rapidly and you need to be extra carefull when moving rocks as this things are very sharp and stick in your fingers very easily ( I know this from painfull experiences when stripping down a tank)
