How many heaters and what wattage should I do for my 135 gallon tank?
I also want to go titanium....any brand better than the other?
    Thanks!

How cold does it get where you live???

Personally, I have 2 x 300W heaters on my 150. Not sure on titanium brands.

2 300w should be fine...I run Marineland Stealths on a JBJ heater controller...Works Flawless. I have one in each overflow.

I was thinking the same thing....was a cool place to put the heaters!!!
I am in CT so it gets cold enough....I keep my house around 68-70 in the winter...depending on temps outside of course.

So 2 - 300W should be fine....thanks...and now I am putting them in my overflows.

Just opinions on the titanium brands and I'm all set!

I am now an advocate of in DT heaters. My return pump went out on me recently and I almost lost a lot of coral, since my heaters were in the sump. Just a thought.....
