    What dou you guys think of using white alluminum siding as a reflector?

    I think salt is highly corrosive to aluminum.

    where can I get a reflector long enough to span the six foot lid and it be 15 inches wide?

    Chetrod , you can use a Stainless steel sheet . It will handle the salt very well. Just look in your yellow pages for any Sheet Metal Shops, i am sure you will find one that is willing to give you the size you need. Well thats how i got my sheet its well over the size that i need (48"x24") Then again i work for a Union Sheet Metal Shop. You can even polish it to a mirror finish.

    I will check around to see if I could locate a shop. Too bad I'm in florida My dad works for a metal shop in chicago making the door skins for elevators and stuff. Will definately go with the stainless steel then. thanks for all the info
