As Alex pointed out, depends on species. Some get up to 5', even in captivity (IIRC), while plenty of other species stay 2' or under.

No sadly not, I live mostly in a condo in Fort McMurray where we have a marineland 90 gallon cube, with a 35 gallon sump/fuge.

This new tank is in our house in Edmonton, which is 5 hours south of Fort McMurray, I drive almost 4 hours a day to and from work, and still manage to clock 12+ hours a day in the office, driving is great though, I plan my day on the way in and do all my phone calls and dictate my meetings so they can be typed up the following day by heather.

I get up at 4 am everyday, to be honest I do very little except work, I usually get a hour to 2 hours "me time" which I spend eating, messing about with the tank(s) or chilling, I have done the same schedule for about 10 years now.

I arrived into Edmonton. Last night at 11.30pm, I left home at 4.30am, worked and drove straight here, my wife drove our car to work as its on the way to Edmonton.

I was up at 5.30 today, laid in bed for 30 mins reading 3 reef and now I am up washing the bugs off the car, which should see my through until 8.30, when. I will get the bike out and hit the LFS for some fish. Food to get my cycle well and truely on the go.

No worries, I am the GM for a accomodation facility on one of the big oil sites, my team looks after a 3100 bed hotel, a fleet of vehicles and the transportation via, rail, road and air of the facility of 5000 employees, we start early and Finnish "never". LoL. 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

I just popped a wp40 onto my tank, It was suggested 2 units, but the waves are pretty great already, I have 1900 gallons per hour from my return pump and 6800 gallons (max) from the 2 power heads, will this be enough, can I lose a power head and just keep the flow at 5300 gallons per hour ? Or do I need to goto the alomost 8000 gallon, the tank is only fowlr no corals.

I wouldn't think you'd need a huge amount of flow with a FO. Just my .02.
