I am adding a refugium to my tank and would really appreciate everybody's opinion on an In Sump Refugium like ETSS PRO 30 Refugium vs. CPR hang on refugium. Do the Copeapods survive the ride through the return pump into the aquarium from the sump? Does one design work better than another? Thanks for your opinions.

Well that was my primary concern, but i guess even the the hang on refugium they are still pulled through the powerhead. Just trying to figure out if one is better than the other. Thanks for the reply

In sump by far. You just have more water volume, more room for sand, rock and macro algae. It's not a question in my mind, the in tank refugiums just don't compare to a full sized one.

Awesome, thats the information I was looking for, by the way GuitarMan I finished up that lighting project adding the 2 T5's to the 14,000k MH pendants, and I went with the Phoenix bulbs, color is amazing.
