    Alcohol is lethal for the good bacteria living in your tank and not very healthy for your fish. Alcohol is a toxin that kills bacteria and single celled organisms very efficiently. The reason it doesn't kill humans and fish is because of having kidneys to act as filters. I wouldn't recommend using it.

    I just run my hands under very hot water...it hurts and scalds them a bit, but hot water (and friction: rub your hands together vigorously) kills germs!

    The the best way I know how...

    Pretty much the same thing I do.

    In the winter my hands get pretty bad.

    I wash my hands with Dawn soap and rinse again.

    Coralife sells these gloves. You can also order them from veterinary supply houses that market to farmers and ranchers.

    I use non smelly soaps. The Dial Pump soap Sounds like OCD
