I just got a piece of gsp with a good amount of hair algae on it. My lights are doing work to the hair on killing it, but the coral is not opening up. What should I do to help it?
    Thanks
    Vinny

GSP normally is a piss ant when it comes to opening up the first few days...After i frag, buy, sell a piece of GSP it normally does not open for 2-3 days...But some are different, they might open in a few hours, just depends on how happy it is.

But about the GHA, i would actually try and pull some of it off if you can, because there is a possibility of it spreading on the GSP

Yea the guys who had it before me let it spread, i pulled some off and will continue to do so. But there is no special care I will need to do for it? I figured the GHA was why it was not opening.

GSP take awhile to open up. Don't worry yet!
