Grounding probe?

    there is no good or bad grounding probe.. a ground probe is one size fits all..

    Not if it's a copper probe.

    Seriously though, just make sure it's a non-lethal metal to your tank, and you should be ok.

    Thats the one I use, its metal transmitting stray voltage from your aquarium to the ground in your wall outlet or surge protector. So they are all the same

    Yes, they are largely all the same - although you don't want to buy ones made by a highly unreliable source, like eBay. At that point, they may be using metals that aren't so good for the health of your tank, like copper.

    Where would you suggest getting one, I checked at one lfs and they don't have them.
