    Sorry pink4miss, meant Crimson Ghost, that's what I get for typing quickly as I'm trying to get out the door :lol: Shoebox, unfortunately I think 450gph is going to be too much for GFO. Really should be around 100-200gph at most. You might get away with a bit more, but I think 400 will turn it to dust.
