Got my first anenome this week

    I will watch this. Im constantly having to move my torches as their sweepers get longer all the time. I actually am thinking that if a coral detects the chemical properties of a coral that is close it will actually grow its sweepers long to extend to it. Thus trying to ensure there is room for it to grow into. This is another reason I change my carbon so often. Any thoughts on this? Have anyone observed this?

    Jay,
    That's a beautiful anemone. I think it's the same as mine, although much larger. Look in my photo gallery.
    Note: Before I learned about anemones and lighting, my anemone was pale, almost white. Now, she's a healthy brownish purple like yours.
