good refugium skimmer combo?

is it worth it? does this mean (if i get it) that i dont need a protein skimmer?

 

IMO the skimmer on that is gonna be CRAP. it will be cool for a fuge and thats it. id definitely still get a skimmer. look at CPRs fuges

 

so is this reasonably priced for a fuge? then i could see how the skimmer performs, but i dont want to waste money.
