Good LFS in south Phoenix?

Just wondering what good LFS are in South Phoenix? I Moved to Maricopa 3 mos. ago and wondering where eveyone out here goes. Thanks

 

South Phoenix? You're outta luck. The best two in Phoenix, as in hands-down, miles above the rest:

Aquatouch (32nd/Cactus - Phx)
Reef Culture (Rio Salado/Price - Tempe)

I don't buy anything else anywhere else locally. Both places QT EVERYTHING before it goes on display for sale.

 

Reef Culture is off Price Rd, the frontage road where the 101 and 202 cross, awesome shop. AquaTouch is the other good one as already mentioned but its further northwest off the 51 and Cactus Rd.

 

I've had good luck at pets inc too, thats on mill and southern. Also about the reef on 68th st and thomas. There's also pet safari and top of the reef but both of those places are really hit and miss, their tanks usually don't look very nice and the quality of their livestock is questionable at times so I don't like to buy much from them.

 

About the Reef is history again.

There are a lot of reef hobbyists in the Maricopa, Casa Grande, AZ City, Chandler and Awatukee areas to trade and barter with too. One of the other moderators on AZ Reefs is from AZ City.

Thanks for all the replies guys! I have been to pets inc. They were ok, and I've also been tp Aquarium Arts which is in Tempe. They seemed pretty good. Anyone here ever been to Aquarium Arts? Good? Bad?

 

Hit and miss. The only consistent store for years has been AquaTouch and although new Reef Culture has experienced staff and will give them a run for their money.
