    Hey guys,

I am looking at getting a HETO LED UNIT 120CM 37W for my new 4' tank, as its the same model brand and look as the light on the tank next to it (which is a 2' tropical).

Whilst its been brilliant for my tropical tank will it cut the mustard for a marine tank, especially if at one stage I want to house a few corals and anemones?

Any advice would be great. :)

    Ryan.

I would suggest going with a new fixture, only being that the light you are using is in the spectrum that would not benifit the corals photosynthetic algae called Zooxanthellae.

    Thanks for the reply.

The LED does have both Blue and White LED's? Does it need something more?

    Could you recommend something?
