    I would say yes, I paid 230 for 4-31 watt bulb fixture brand new. I would plan on replacing the bulbs soon though, you dont know how old they really are.

    are there pics of the unit? also in the ad he says "or best offer" so how come now he wont budge on the price?

    I would also say it is a "fair" deal, but when you factor in the pricing for new bulbs which you will probably want, the price will not be great. The seller said they accept offers so if you could get it down to $125 I would say it is a good deal. I know you said they will not budge on price, but they will if there is nobody else interested. Think about it.....how many people are looking for that exact fixture in your area, on Craigslist? Not many ;)

    i offered him 150 and he said no he's already lowered it too much! hes a real piece of work on the phone. how much are new bulbs??
