    Depends how much flow you have in the tank already, I would aim for a total of at least 30-40x the display tank volume. I think a K4 might be a bit strong for a single source of flow in the tank and you might have issues keeping your sandbed in place.

    Well i have a three now but i put it on top so it dosent make a hole in the ground
