going out of town

So I'm leaving for 3 days in the morning and leaving my almost 2 month old tank in the loving care of my awesome girlfriend. She lives with me, and has soaked in as much knowledge as i can spout off.

I changed the filter sock on my my skimmer return(for micro-bubbles). I did a water change. I also put new bulbs in today, as well as some new green frilly mushrooms. I have confidence with the mushrooms. Gotta say I am totally confident that the tank will be just fine, and my girlfriend will do a much better job than any apex/automated system could ever do.;D

all parameters are in check....so see ya when I get back...

 

3 days... You'll be fine. Unless some random act of god happens I wouldn't worry.

 

You should be fine even without the tank sitter.

They seem to be going around quite a bit lately.

 

So my girlfriend called me while I was 800 miles away, and said.."there is a fish massacre going on!"...my heart sank..

Then I called her back and it was my feeder fish for my frog....hahahahaha
They were in a new tank for the frog that hasnt cycled....so the big loss was 4 feeder guppies that will be my frog's dinner anyways.
