    wow that sucks...I hate floods. I have dealt with them too. squeege and a mop may be your best friend right now if you can push the water outside. coming from florida i have no idea of how basements are setup, but if you have an outlet outdoors you can just push it out there.

    Hey buddy, come on, everything will work out. Look into someone like serve-pro or other flood clean up company. Your home owners may even cover it since it was not an "act of God". I read people here saying to re-scape and re-stock and they mean well. It may be out of your realm of income right now and I know that would hurt but think about it, if you sell everything now and then want to get back in (I am sure you will) it will cost way more. Save all your equipment and aquarium and try to calm down and take care of the flood, o.k?

    Sorry to hear of your loss. That has to be heartbreaking. 1 thing you can do to get rid of the water is to take a pump from your system, get some hose and pump the water to a sink/outside. Dont give up brother. take a break and think about it before throwing in the towel.

    Wow, that really sucks man, sorry to hear of your losses. I hope you think about it hard before you just up and give it all away, right now your making judgements off of emotion. I would take a day or so to make sure its what you want to do, but whatever you decide I wish you the best!

    Well, my better half wont let me sell everything...so im looking into the price for new salt an ro/di and some other imporvements, it wont be for about a month maybe 2-3 but im not selling any thing....ahhh man does today suck :(
