getting a 125 coral reef started again

    first off hello every one so glad i found this sight, i have a question
    i have a 125 tank that has been sitting in my living room with sand a rock in it BUT its all dryed up i got really busy at work and i just let it go my question is should i remove every thing from tank and start over or can i just seed the sand and the rock after i scrap off the tank.should i clean the rock and put it back in ?

    I would clean the rock the best you can, rinse the sand, then reseed and recycle.

    There is most likely a ton of dead stuff in that rock.
