Do you guys recommend using both vitamins and the garlic or just pretty much sticking with one or the other. I know that garlic is pretty darn good. Doctors have been recommending that people swallow a clove a day like its vitamin because of hte very high immunity boosting properties.

i only use garlic during a sickness or stubborn fish that wont eat.

I would recommend you atleast give them vitamins regularily especially if feeding frozen food. the garlic is your choice but it wouldnt hurt

I use it 2-3 times a week unless my fish are sick. Then daily. I also use it daily when I introduce a new fish for the first week. The worse that can happen is they will have garlic breath.

Every time I feed I give them both vitamin-c and garlic. Whenever my dad feeds he doesn't give them either. I love our fish more than he does! ;D
