Nope, born unsexed. If you have more than a pair, there will always be 1 male, 1 female, and the rest remain unsexed. Then they change/move up the hierarchy to replace whichever one might die or whatever. If that happens, generally the existing male will become female, then the rest will fight it out for the male spot.

Not neccasarily. Both of mine while host together, and havent mated. And they dont lay there eggs in the anemone. Your best bet if you want to keep them is to get a small, flat tile or rock and put it near where they like to hang. If they lay eggs on it, you can remove it easily that way. Then just get one of the little in-tank breeder tanks to put the eggs/fry in. They hang on the glass in your tank, and kinda look like little tubs. Don't cost much at all.

Honestly, you are no where near ready to get an anemone. They require very well established tanks with very good parameters, and shouldnt even be considered till the tank is at least 8-12 months old. They also require strong lighting (T5 or MH). Make sure to wait till your ready. If an anemone dies it will release toxins, which in an 8 gallon would probably wipe out everything in the tank. I honestly dont know if you could keep an anemone that clowns will host in an 8 gallon anyways.
BTW, clowns dont need an anemone to breed or be happy by anymeans.
