    I really like the Mysis Feast (it is PE Mysis that is refrigerated Vs frozen). In fact, our member Gresham was the one who developed this food for Reef Nutrition.

    pe mysys is no doubt great for putting some bulk on your fish, tangs, anthias ect really benifit in the long run..i wish it wasnt so oily but its all good...hikari is also really good stuff, crazy clean, vitamin enriched and very affordable...using both is always the best way to go!
